An Ideal Day on Price Street

Product Information

What constitutes the perfect day?

While this question may sound subjective to the reader, the obvious answer for just about everyone is a day spent on Price Street.

Yes, one could live on Pismo’s main boulevard. How can this be so? Well, because it’s got a little bit of everything. Follow this simple itinerary, and you will be thanking Pismo Bob for having one of the most perfect days of your life.

8am -9am: Chill at the Central Roast down the block. This family owned and operated cafe serves the best coffee in town (way better than Starbucks), and has some awesome pastries and breakfast sandwiches. They always have the TV on, and newspapers are always current.

9:00am-9:30am: Take a walk down Price Street and back; Say “Hi” to Pismo Bob

9:30am-11:00am: Look around Pismo Garden Art and Pismo Bob’s. Take care of all your hardware, paint and garden needs. If you really want to see everything, we suggest setting aside a good hour and a half. If you don’t have this much time to burn, ask about our sales, and take a nice stroll through our packed aisles.

11:00am-12:00pm: Run your errands: take care of your banking needs at Rabobank; Take care of all your postal needs at MailPlus.

12:00pm-1:00pm: Treat yourself to a brilliant sandwich at the new Moose Deli & Brew (conveniently located next to Pismo Garden Art. Try the “Jerk Sandwich” and have a brewsky. The combo is pretty much unbelievable. Sitting on their outdoor patio and looking at our amazing garden art selection through the fence will probably make you want to return to the nursery later on in the day.

1:00pm-1:30pm: Walk down Price Street to burn off that sandwich and brewsky; Say “Hi” to Pismo Bob.

1:30pm-2:30pm: Get your hair done at Zada’s Salon & Spa. Walk out the door singing LMFAO’s “Sexy and I Know It.” Realize Zada’s is also a full spa with massages.

2:30pm-3:30pm: Get a 30-minute massage at Zada’s Salon & Spa.

3:30pm-4:00pm: Take another stroll down Price Street; say “Hi” to Pismo Bob.

4:00pm-5:15pm: Find your inner ko-chi-min (or something like that) at Harmony House Yoga with a Beginner Yoga session. In this relaxed state, proceed down Price Street to the Pismo Brew.

5:15pm-5:45pm: While not technically on Price Street (its a few steps down Pomeroy), the Pismo Brew is a wonderful place to “chill.” Enjoy a brewsky at the Pismo Brew. Their ales are absolutely marvelous.

5:45pm-6:45pm: Enjoy dinner at one of Price Street’s world-renowned restaurants. For Italian, there’s Giuseppe’s and Rosa’s. For seafood, enjoy the Cracked Crab. And for some excellent Thai food, gobble down some incredible Thai cuisine at Thai-Talay. Can you say yum?

6:45pm: Depart on your victory drive back home. You have enjoyed the perfect day.
